Kenya geography

Kenya is a country in East Africa.

Kenya's capital and largest city is Nairobi, while its oldest and second-largest city, is the major port city of Mombasa, situated on Mombasa Island in the Indian Ocean and the surrounding mainland. Mombasa was the capital of the British East Africa Protectorate, which included most of what is now Kenya and southwestern Somalia, from 1889 to 1907.

Suez Canal

The Suez Canal (kênh đào Suez) is an artificial sea-level waterway in Egypt, connecting the Mediterranean Sea to the Red Sea through the Isthmus of Suez and dividing Africa and Asia (and by extension, the Sinai Peninsula from the rest of Egypt). It is the border between Africa and Asia.The 193.30-kilometre-long (120.11 mi) canal is a key trade route between Europe and Asia.

Cape of Good Hope

Cape Cod là ở Massachusetts, USA. Có nhiều cod fish there.

Cape of Good Hope named as such because its discovery was a good omen that India could be reached by sea from Europe.

Before the Suez Canal, this was the only way to sail between Europe and Asia.
